Notify us within 30 day of order placement. We are not liable for damages to orders or delivery delays resulting from USPS or UPS errors or inclement weather. We are not responsible for damages or claims incurred by you or your business due to defective or incomplete orders. You are responsible for previewing your designs carefully and correcting any mistakes prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; inferior quality or low-resolution or uploaded images; design errors introduced in the document creation process; or errors in user-selected options such as finish, quantity or product type. If you wish, for a small additional fee, our designers will professionally review your order for errors and can recommend appropriate changes.
