If you need to cancel an order or individual order items that haven't left our facility for delivery, please let us know as soon as possible through one of our support channels. Our turnaround is typically one business day, so orders move into print production very quickly, often within an hour of order placement.
If the order or order item has not entered the production stream, there will be no charge for the cancellation and you will be issued a full store credit. However, if we have printed the order, your account will be issued a store credit, minus a 25 percent fee to cover the print waste. In addition, if our designers have already performed a requested file conversion or professional review, you will be issued a store credit minus those fees.
